Join us for the June educational session on “Millennials in the Workplace“, where a panel of industry experts and practitioners discuss the role and impact of the Millennial cohort in our work environment today.  Despite generic views of Millennials being demanding and pretentious, portrayed as spoiled recent graduates, some Millennials are now in their early 30′s and entering more senior and leadership roles.  What will this mean for your group, your organization, what approaches and management styles will evolve?  What can the next Gen-Z generation expect from these new Millennial leaders?

We look forward to having an energized discussion on this topic with our panel and the audience.  Feel free to forward to your HR team and encourage them to attend as well, given their interaction with the human resources of your organization!

SPEAKERS

Bill Vlaad
Founder and President, Vlaad and Company

Bill is a reformed Investment Banker, served time in corporate development and has dabbled as an entrepreneur. He has built a strong group of people around him to form Vlaad and Company. From that business, the team has built the market rag Bill’s Buzz, the intense career rebuilder, the Executive Career Academy and The CLiP – a podcast with Leaders and Influencers focused on what Canada needs to remain relevant.

Now headquartered at 56 Temperance Street in Toronto, Vlaad and Company literally started out of his kitchen, then into his neighbour’s garage, and then morphed into a few local Starbucks (where he is still often spotted).

Bill gave up on his hair long ago and is always willing to take a free round of golf if offered but didn’t even make his own company’s golf team. During the winter he schleps north on weekend to ski, or more appropriately watch his two eldest ski.
