TMAC would like to share that we have taken steps to build out partnerships with AFP Chapters across Canada, providing you access to a collective Canada-wide series of virtual educational seminars.  For TMAC members, this will now expand the number of sessions you can attend at no cost throughout 2021, with a nominal $25.00 attendance fee assessed on each seminar for non-members.  These partnerships complement our own TMAC sessions and reinforce our key mandates to connect, educate and support our practitioner constituents and will serve to offer additional value to your professional development.

AFP-Montreal is honored to virtually welcome Stephen Yun, Senior Analyst, of Market Insights at Payments Canada on October 19, 2021.

Digital payments volume grew to represent 79% per cent of all transactions in 2020, as consumer appetite for digital transactions fueled growth in online transfers by 48% per cent and e-commerce payments by 20% per cent.

The webinar will be held in English.

Stephen Yun is a Senior Analyst, Market Insights at Payments Canada, whose areas of focus include the Consumer Payment Methods and Trends and Payment Behaviour Tracking studies, and leveraging research insights to create a consumer/business payments narrative and drive business action for his business partners.

Stephen has more than 15 years of experience leading marketing and customer experience research. He has held progressively senior roles within marketing research on both the client and supplier side, serving different vertical markets (including financial services, consumer packaged goods, and educational services).  He holds MBA and BBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business (York University) specializing in Marketing and Finance.

We look forward to connecting with you virtually soon!

Sincerely,

TMAC Toronto Board of Directors
